Greentrees Computer Club

Greentrees Village has one of the finest computer facilities in Florence, with equipment located in the Clubhouse and in the Greentrees Computer Club (GTCC) lab. Our facilities are operated and maintained daily by the GTCC. Thanks to OregonFAST, we have free high-speed internet access and wi-fi capability. In the Clubhouse coffee room, for the convenience of Greentrees residents, you will find two high-speed, state-of-the-art computers with flat-screen displays, full internet access, and the ability to read and write to all forms of memory chips, flash drives, CDs and DVDs.

The Greentrees Computer Club sponsors two free one-hour classes every month. We meet in the Multi-Purpose Room and adjacent lab (north end of the Recreation Hall) on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Classes begin at 11:10am with set-up at 11:00am. We invite all Greentrees residents to join us in class, and to take advantage of the fine equipment available to us. We would also like to invite residents who may be interested in instructing a class to do so; Club membership is not required. If you are interested, please contact any of the Club officers for more information.
